HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER AFTER ITS PLACED?

Please allow 24-48 hours for order to be processed. Once processed and shipped please allow 3-7 business days to receive order.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGE ITEM. PLEASE HELP.

If by any chance you received a damaged item please email us at jbsales@jusbianca.com as soon as possible. Please attach a photo of damaged item. If approved, we will send you a replacement item.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT IS SHIPPED?

Once order has been shipped you can track your order by going to your shipping confirmation email receipt. Tracking number is on shipping receipt.

I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you put the wrong address on your order please contact us immediately at jbsales@jusbianca.com. We will do our best to try an update information on your order before it’s shipped. If by any chance we are unsuccessful, we are not responsible for order placed.

MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
